Another busy week on our neighbourhood ….

Officers have again been busy with assisting response officers with the various incoming demand on most days but have been on the neighbourhood when possible in our hot spot areas 

Officer Pratt of Stechford & Yardley North Neighbourhood Team  was on patrol in the Glebe area when he noticed a suspicious male on an E-Scooter who made off from him but was pursued and detained, upon a search of the male 2 X Knives were recovered and seized and the male promptly arrested & charged with a court date. Patrols continue at the Yew Tree for motorists parking on the Zig Zags and those caught will receive their ticket, points and fine, Remember you can also report these vehicles by using www.nextbase.co.uk/national-dash-cam-safety-portal & Operation Snap 

If you notice any vehicles where you live that you have not seen before or have been there for a long time please do not hesitate to contact us and we will gladly have a look and check them out.

Crime Updates

Theft from Motor Vehicle…….

On 08/09/25 between 05.00 hrs & 08.30 hrs Offenders have gained access to a Toyota Prius on lYTTELTON ROAD, by smashing drivers side front window and stolen a wallet containing bank cards 

Theft of Motor Vehicles……

On 13/09/25 between 17.40 hrs & 18.30 hrs Offenders have stolen a Honda 125 Motorbike from STECHFORD RETAIL PARK, Was later recovered by the victims friends 

On 08/09/25 between 20.40 hrs & 08.40 hrs on 09/09/25 Offenders have gained access to a Ford Focus on AVERILL ROAD, by unknown means as victim still had keys and have stolen vehicle 

Attempted theft of  Motor Vehicle …..

On 12/09/25 between 18.50 hrs & 22.40 hrs Offenders have tries to steal a motorbike at STECHFORD RETAIL PARK but were disturbed and made off 

Residential Burglary……

On 10/09/25 between times of a month whilst residents have been away Offenders have gained access to a property on STATION ROAD, by forcing rear patio door and made untidy search CCTV & Enquiries Ongoing 

On 07/09/25 between 02.15 hrs & 02.20 hrs Offenders have gained entry to a house on VICTORIA ROAD, by snapping the lock to the rear kitchen door and entry gained, Offenders have then stolen vehicle keys belonging to a BMW 3 series 71 plate and stolen vehicle

On 07/09/25 at 15.11 hrs a burglary was reported at a house on LYNDON ROAD, On officers arrival a Cannabis Factory was located within the premises
